Frozen Creamsicle Pie

This frozen creamsicle pie is a refreshing summer time dessert that tastes just like the creamsicle pops you loved as a child.


  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
  • 2 cups sherbet, any flavor
  • 1 container (8 ounces) Cool Whip
  • 1 graham cracker crust (9 or 10 inches)


  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth.
  2. Add in your favorite flavor of sherbet.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Pour the topping into the graham cracker crust and freeze until firm.
  5. Remove from the freezer just before serving. Enjoy!


Freeze any extra topping in a smaller container and enjoy separately.
