Easy peanut butter pie is an no bake pie recipe your family will love. Made with only 6 ingredients, you can make this peanut butter pie in a hurry!

Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crust
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in a mixer until smooth.
  2. Add peanut butter and milk. Beat until creamy.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Pour filling into graham cracker pie crust.
  5. Freeze the entire pie for several hours (or overnight) until frozen through. Cut the frozen peanut butter pie into slices and drizzle with chocolate sauce to serve.

Notes

If you substitute light Cool Whip for regular, you will save 20 calories per serving. If you want an even healthier treat, consider skipping the graham cracker crust and freezing the filling in small bowls. With light Cool Whip and no crust, calories drop to 247 for this frozen treat.
