Peanut Cluster Candies are a simple, 4 ingredient candy that is the perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter. These clusters freeze great, too!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 ounce package of butterscotch chips
  • 10 ounce package of peanut butter chips
  • 1 large jar of peanuts (20 to 22 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Melt the three bags of chips in a double boiler (or in the microwave). Stir regularly.
  2. Add the jar of peanuts. Stir until the peanuts are completely mixed into the chocolate.
  3. Drop by spoonful onto a wax lined cookie tray.
  4. Refrigerate the clusters until solid or flash freeze for 5 minutes. Remove from the tray and put them in containers separated by waxed paper.
  5. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
