Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 4 sticks butter
  • 3 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 8 cups flour
  • 4 cups (24 ounces) chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar with mixer.
  2. Beat in vanilla and eggs.
  3. Add in baking soda.
  4. Add in flour, one cup at a time until all 8 cups are added.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
