If you are looking for a soft M&M cookie recipe, look no further! These cookies are soft and absolutely perfect. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 bag (10-12 ounces) M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream butter and brown sugar in a mixer. Beat in eggs.
  3. Add vanilla and baking soda. 
  4. Mix in flour. Add M&Ms. 
  5. Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop cookies onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Allow cookies to cool on cookie sheet for 2 to 3 minutes before removing them to a cooling sheet to finish cooling.
