I fell in love with coupon apps years ago and have since earned hundreds of dollars on groceries I would be buying anyway. I talked more about my absolute favorite coupon app when I shared the single best coupon app to use here.

While I still stand by my claim that Ibotta (see post above) is the single best coupon app to use, I have to add to that today. I have discovered a new and super simple coupon app that we all need to download today. Enter Fetch Rewards.

How Fetch Works

Fetch is the easiest coupon app I have ever used. All you have to do is snap a picture of your grocery receipt and Fetch will identify all the rebates on it for you.

Each brand that is found earns you points. Points can be cashed out for hundreds of different gift cards, from Paypal to Amazon to Panera. You can start redeeming your points at the $3 level (3000 points) or wait until the $5, $10, $25 or $50 level. It only took me 3 weeks to earn my first $5 gift card and I am well on my way to earning another one already.

There’s no more entering codes or jumping through any hoops. Its really that easy. Just take a picture of your receipt and you are done. Even better? Fetch works on any grocery receipt from any store – from Aldi, Meijer, Kroger, Walmart, HEB and so many more!

Another perk to using Fetch is that I can now quadruple my savings! I can buy things that are on sale using coupons (double stack) and then redeem them at Ibotta AND fetch (another double stack). That makes this frugal mom very happy!

A Step by Step Guide to Fetch

  1. Download the Fetch Rewards app. Enter code QN5PY for a bonus 2000 points with your first receipt!
  2. Take a picture of every single grocery receipt you bring home.
  3. Allow Fetch to find the rebates on your receipt and deposit reward points in your account.
  4. Cash out your earnings for hundreds of gift cards.
  5. Repeat again and again. Scan. Earn. Get rewards!

How Do Points Work at Fetch?

1000 points equals $1. It sounds like a lot but I have gotten 500 point bonuses on many of my receipts and 200 on many others. Plus, when you sign up here and use the code QN5PY, you will get a bonus 2000 points when you take a picture of your first receipt.

What Rewards Can I Earn at Fetch?

With Fetch, your points can be redeemed for gift cards. You can start redeeming your points at the $3 level (3000 points) or wait until the $5, $10, $25 or $50 level. There are over 100 different gift cards available for you to choose from, ranging from retail stores to restaurants. Some popular rewards are:

  • Amazon
  • Panera
  • Walmart
  • Target
  • Texas Roadhouse
  • Starbucks
  • Kohls
  • Bed, Bath and Beyond

  1. Check out Receipt Hog. It’s mostly used to track your buying habits for marketing purposes so there are no specific coupons to “clip” or add to your account. You just snap pictures of your receipt like all the other apps. You earn “coins” for each receipt total that you can cash in for Amazon gift cards or PayPal deposits. or Visa gift cards. You may be asked to answer marketing questions or surveys for additional coins. Your can also link to your Amazon account for credits for those purchases. I’ve found it to be very simple and no more additional work beyond taking one more picture of my receipt.
