Free Printable Teacher Valentine Tags
Looking for a simple way to remember your child’s teacher this Valentine’s Day? These free printable teacher Valentine tags make it easy to turn a little treat into a thoughtful gift.
As a former teacher and a mom of four, I appreciate gifts that are easy to put together but still let someone know you are thinking of them. These Valentine tags are designed to do just that.
There are six designs to choose from, with options for cookies, chocolate, donuts, pizza and even a bag of chips. Print your favorite, add a treat, and you are ready to make someone smile!

Free Printable Valentine Gift Tags
This set includes six Valentine designs with a mix of sweet messages and food puns.
Here are the messages you will find:
- All you need is LOVE and Cookies.
- Happy Valentine’s Day
- All you need is LOVE and Chocolate!
- You have a pizza my heart!
- Donut forget that you are so sweet!
- Valentine, you are all that and a bag of chips!
The tags are designed four to a page, so you can print several of the same design at once. That comes in handy when you are putting together treats for multiple teachers!
You also receive full-page versions to use as signs. Set one beside a plate of cookies, a box of donuts or a bowl of treats for an easy Valentine surprise.
This is a non-editable PDF download. There is nothing to customize on the computer. Just choose the pages you want to print and get started.
Easy Teacher Valentine Gifts to Pair with Your Tags
One of my favorite things about these tags is that you can choose a gift that fits your budget and the person receiving it.
You can bake something yourself, pick up a treat at the grocery store or divide a larger package into several smaller gifts. Whatever works for you!
Here are some easy ways to use the different designs.
Cookies: Put a couple of homemade cookies in a clear treat bag and add the “All you need is LOVE and Cookies” tag. Store-bought cookies work too! This is an easy option when you have several teachers to remember.
Chocolate: Attach the chocolate tag to a favorite candy bar, a small box of chocolates or a bag of chocolate treats.
Donuts: Package an individual donut with the “Donut forget that you are so sweet” tag. Or bring a box of donuts to the teachers’ lounge and display the matching full-page sign.
Pizza: Pair the pizza tag with a gift card to a local pizza place. This would also be a fun sign to use if your parent group is providing a pizza lunch for the teachers.
Chips: Add the “You are all that and a bag of chips” tag to a snack-size bag of chips. It’s a quick, affordable Valentine gift and a good option for someone who would prefer a salty snack.
Any favorite treat: Use the Happy Valentine’s Day design when you want a tag that works with whatever you have chosen.

How to Print and Use Your Valentine Tags
These printable Valentine treat tags are easy to put together, even if you are working on them the night before. We’ve all been there!
- Download the PDF using the link below.
- Choose your design. Print only the pages you need.
- Print your tags. White cardstock will make them sturdier, but regular printer paper works too.
- Cut the four tags apart.
- Attach a tag to your gift. Use tape, or punch a hole and tie it on with ribbon or string.
You can have your child write their name or a short message on the back before attaching the tag. A little handwritten note is always a sweet addition!
If you are using one of the full-page signs, simply print it and set it beside the treats. No individual wrapping needed.
Valentine Appreciation Ideas for More Than Teachers
Although these make easy teacher Valentine gifts, none of the messages are limited to teachers.
You can also use them for:
- Teacher aides and classroom helpers
- School secretaries and other staff members
- Sunday school teachers
- Coworkers
- Neighbors and friends
- Volunteers you want to thank
The full-page signs are especially useful when you want to treat a whole group. Leave cookies in the staff room with a sign, or set out individual bags of chips for people to grab during a busy day.
It doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes a little unexpected treat is all it takes to brighten someone’s afternoon.
