Free Printable Easter Gift Tags

Looking for an easy way to share a little Easter cheer? These free printable Easter gift tags are a simple way to dress up a treat and let someone know you are thinking of them.

Add a tag to a package of Peeps, a bag of chocolate eggs or a few homemade cookies. You don’t need an entire Easter basket to give someone a thoughtful surprise!

As a former teacher, I always appreciated the little things that students and families did to remember us. Now, as a mom of four, I also appreciate having something ready to print when we want to put together a quick gift.

These Easter tags work for teachers, but you can use them for friends, neighbors, coworkers and family too. There are six designs to choose from, along with full-page signs for sharing treats with a group.

Simple Easter Gifts to Pair with Your Tags

You can use these Easter treat tags with something homemade or something you pick up on your regular grocery trip. Both are thoughtful!

Here are a few easy ways to put them to use.

Peeps: The “Treats for my favorite Peeps” design is an obvious match for a package of marshmallow Peeps. Attach a tag to the package, or divide the treats into smaller bags if you are making several gifts.

Chocolate eggs or jelly beans: Fill a small treat bag with Easter candy and add the “You are EGG-stra special” tag. This would be a cute surprise for a friend, neighbor or teacher.

Homemade cookies: Package a few cookies with the “An Easter treat for someone so sweet” design. If you already have a favorite cookie recipe, there is no need to make something different just for Easter!

A chocolate bunny: Pair a small chocolate bunny with the “Some bunny wants to thank you” tag for a simple Easter thank you gift.

A small gift or gift card: The Happy Easter design works with whatever you choose. Tie it to a little gift bag or tuck it into an envelope with a gift card.

A shared plate of treats: Use a full-page sign beside cookies, candy or another snack in the teachers’ lounge, office or church kitchen.

Choose something that fits your budget. A little treat with a personal note can be plenty!

Ways to Use Your Easter Thank You Tags

Several of these designs include a thank you message, which makes them especially useful for remembering people who help your family throughout the year.

You could put together a small Easter gift for:

  • Classroom teachers and teacher aides
  • School secretaries and support staff
  • Sunday school teachers
  • Church volunteers
  • Coworkers
  • Helpful neighbors
  • Friends and family

If you are looking for Easter teacher gift tags, the “Thank you for all you do” designs are an easy choice. Have your child add a short note on the back to make the gift more personal.

The Happy Easter, EGG-stra special and Peeps designs also work well when you simply want to give someone a holiday treat.

How to Print and Attach Your Easter Tags

Putting these gifts together only takes a few simple steps.

  1. Download the PDF using the link below.
  2. Select the pages you want. You can print one design or several different ones.
  3. Print on white cardstock or paper. Cardstock makes a sturdier tag, but regular paper is fine too.
  4. Cut the tags apart.
  5. Attach a tag to your gift. Tape it onto a package, or punch a hole and tie it to a treat bag with ribbon or string.

If you want to write a name or message on the back, do that before attaching the tag.

For a group gift, print one of the full-page signs and place it beside your treats. This is a nice option when you want to thank several people without wrapping individual gifts.
