40 Easy Christmas Cookie Recipes with 10 Ingredients or Less

If you are looking for easy Christmas cookie recipes with only a few ingredients, here are lots of delicious Christmas cookies with 10 ingredients or less for you to enjoy.

Christmas time is the time of year when everyone starts to bake. Even if you don’t bake regularly, there is something about the holiday season that makes us want to bake.

As much as we love baking all the things, I know how quickly the Christmas season fills up. Here are a couple tips to help you with your holiday baking.

First, start baking early and freeze your cookies.

Did you know that cookies freeze beautifully? I have frozen SO many cookies over the years (including buckeyes!) and they taste just like fresh! Even frosted cookies can be frozen. While I can not personally vouch for every single cookie recipe, the odds are pretty good that your favorite cookie will freeze.

When freezing cookies, layer the cookies with waxed paper (so they don’t stick) and make sure they are in an airtight container. Then freeze until you are ready to enjoy!

Second, pick easy cookie recipes to bake this year.

No one has time for complicated recipes with 23 ingredients – 5 of which require a special trip to the store and will only be used in this one recipe. Nope. Not happening here!

I prefer to stick to easy Christmas cookie recipes with basic ingredients that I already have in my pantry and with a short list of ingredients.

Hence, this list.

I know I am not the only one planning ahead for the Christmas season and in search of easy cookies to bake. I went on a search for simple Christmas treats – all with 10 ingredients or less!

I have shared this collection of easy Christmas cookie recipes below, along with a short description that includes exactly how many ingredients are needed to bake these recipes. Click on any of the titles below for a direct link to the printable recipes.

There are so many delicious Christmas treats, and I am excited to try some new ones. After I make and freeze our buckeyes, that is!
